Synopsis:
The Blue Boys stop a group of gamblers who are attempting to force a jockey to throw a horse race. While the boys successfully stop the crooks, they are captured and tied up. The crooks then rob the betting office. The Blue Boys manage to escape their ropes, then they apprehend the crooks. Their friend Fred then wins the horse race.
