Synopsis:
Young Billy Saunders idolizes reporter Jim Faraday. When Faraday goes missing after writing a series of columns concerning the Bleek Gang, Billy and Streak investigate. They track down the gang at Pier 13, and Streak goes into action. Working together, Streak and Billy stop the gang and rescue Faraday. Billy then writes up the story and is published in the latest edition of the newspaper.
