Synopsis:
The Sea Devils are hired to star in a movie, the Octopus Man, for producer, Wendal Wales. The first day of filming, the Sea Devils are surprised by a mechanical Octopus Man. Wales has decided to go without a script and throw surprises at the team instead. After nearly gettting killed by a shark, the Sea Devils finish filming for the day.

The next day, the Sea Devils encounter the mechanical robot on the bottom of the ocean. However, another Octopus Man with a real octopus on a leash shows up and attacks. Using a huge sword, the new monster slices the mechanical man to bits. The Sea Devils then realize it is not a robot, but rather a real Octopus Man. They manage to escape the grasp of the octopus, and lure the creature to a graveyard of ships. It then falls into some underwater quicksand, which buries the creature.
