Synopsis:
Hindu mystic Bela Jat is released from prison. He vows vengeance on those who put him there. Using supernatural magics, Bela Jat kidnaps the police commissioner and district attorney responsible for his incarceration. When he tries to kidnap the judge who sentenced him, the Ray intervenes. Jat escapes, but is forced to abandon the judge.

The Ray tracks Bela Jat to his hide-out. The mystic tries to kill his prisoners, but the Ray saves them. The Ray then battles and defeats Jat's henchmen. When the mystic tries to knife the Ray in the back, the police commissoner comes to the hero's aid. With Jat dead, the men leave with their lives.
