Synopsis:
The Challengers have agreed to test out a new robot, FX-1, designed to assist man with manual labor. The robot is struck by lightning causing it to go out of control and attack the Challengers. While they delay the robot, its designer works with his super-computer Omni-Fax to create something capable of stopping FX-1. Eventually the robot is brought down and destroyed, leaving Dr. Harwyn to design a new model that won’t lose control.
