Synopsis:
A missile is stolen from a military installation by an arrow-shaped plane. The Blackhawks pursue the plane, but the pilot eludes capture using a variety of arrow weapons. During Blackhawk's next encounter with the arrow-plane, he attaches a homing beacon to the plane.

The Blackhawks track the beacon to a remote island. The pilot reveals himself as Roger Hart, the descendant of a long line of master archers. He is seeking to prove that the bow and arrow is a superior weapon. The Blackhawks battle him in their jets, but each is knocked from the sky by Hart's weapons. Fortunately, they have backup planes standing by. The team then uses Hart's own weapons to subdue their opponent.
