Synopsis:
While flying near an island Blackie spots a man being chased by two other men. The fleeing man is a federal agent who slips a note to Blackie before he is caught. Blackie then returns to Blackhawk Island with the note. The Blackhawks then begin a search for the captured agent.

When the Blackhawks land on the island, they fall into a trap. The team is captured by a group of pirates who are planning to rob a military freighter. Blackie helps the Blackhawks escape. They then stop the robbery and apprehend the pirates.
