Synopsis:
Two bandits steal a de-evolution machine from an inventor's laboratory. When the Blackhawks pursue them, the thieves aim at the group with the evolution ray, but they miss. Instead a lizard is transformed into a tyrannosaurus.

Half the team follows the gang, while the other half protects a nearby village from the dinosaur. While pursuing the gang, the team is attacked by another devolved creature, a giant squid. Both teams defeat their monsters, then the thieves are captured. The de-evolution machine is lost in the ocean, so it can never be used again.
