Synopsis:
The Blackhawks face off against the Bell-Master, a crook who uses bells in his crimes. While the crooks is able to escape twice, Blackhawk manages to follow him. The Bell-Master then captures Blackhawk but is unable to hold him. Blackhawk then signals his teammates who are then able to apprehend the Bell-Master and his gang.
