Synopsis:
In the town of Belgovia, Ignace tells the story of how he and his nephew Stanislaus overthrew the tyrant Baron Varna. When the Blackhawks come to town, Stanislaus claims that Ignace was not involved in Varna's downfall. Ignace is disgraced.

After being welcomed by Mayor Brovkin, Stanislaus is captured by Varna who has recently escaped prison. The other Blackhawks come to his rescue. Varna tries to kill them, but Ignace helps them. Varna is then defeated. After the battle, Stanislaus explains that he lied about Ignace's involvement in Varna's initial capture to protect him. He knew that Varna had escaped prior to his return to town.
