Synopsis:
Three former foes of the Blackhawks are brought together by a new costumed criminal called the Owl. They form the League of Anti-Blackhawks and begin stealing chemicals that will be used to create super-weapons. Blackhawk capture one of the crooks, the Buzzard, and replaces him. However, the Owl, who is really a disguised alien double-crosses his allies, ruining Blackhawk's plan. Instead, the alien creates three super-monsters to use against the Blackhawks. When the control malfunctions, the creatures destroy the alien and disappear themselves.
