Synopsis:
The Blackhawks are after a gang of crooks and confront them in a mattress warehouse. Unfortunately, Wendell Wiggins, a bookstore owner, wants to be a hero, and interferes accidentally with the capture, allowing the bandits to get away.

Wiggins continues to plague the Blackhawks as they close in on the gang. The amateur bumbling of Wiggins finally causes the Blackhawks to lock him up while they follow the crooks.

The Blackhawks are surprised by a trapdoor and captured themselves by the thieves. Wiggins, having found a way out of his room, arrives and inadvertantly distracts the crooks, allowing the Blackhawks to finally corral them.
