Synopsis:
An ex-safari guide has turned to crime as he offers his services to criminal gangs. By treating law enforcement as wild animals, Mr. Safari is able to plan and execute crimes with the gangs. This brings him into contact with the Blackhawks who foil one of his jobs.

Mr. Safari decides to capture Blackhawk and use him to bait the other Blackhawks away from the next job. The plan works, but Blackhawk leaves a message to his comrades that allow them to locate the criminal hide-out. Mr. Safari flees, but is captured by the Blackhawks who use jungle tricks to capture the villain.
