Synopsis:
The Blackhawks face some strange machines which resemble ones they have designed but have been unable to build. They learn that men from the future have sent them back into the past for the Blackhawks to study. A criminal come back too to escape detainment. He takes control of the machines, but the Blackhawks stop him. The crook is returned to his own time with the machines.
