Synopsis:
Some newly constructed buildings at the Clayton Center begin acting strangely. One becomes super-heated, melting the gold inside. The bank turns into a giant balloon and floats away. Blackhawk prevents the theft of the bank by a plane and learns that the buildings were designed by Alvin Acorn, an eccentric genius. Blackhawk plans a trap for Acorn when he tries to steal some statues. Acorn has turned the statues into robots to use against the Blackhawks, but Blackie takes over the controls and destroys them. Acorn is then arrested.
