Synopsis:
The Blackhawks attend a fair in South America where a strange glowing gem meteorite has been discovered. The gem emits a beam of light which destroys a truck, just before thieves steal the gem. The Blackhawks pursue the crooks through the fairgrounds to retrieve the dangerous gem. They get to it just as another beam is emitted causing one of the fair attractions to expand. They are able to destroy the gem before it completely destroys the attraction and injures spectators.
