Synopsis:
The Blackhawks are called to the residence of Professor Cahill who is the victim of a bizarre accident causing him to become a Split-Man. Half of the professor’s body projects heat; the other generates intense cold. The transformation has also affected his mind, causing him to become a criminal. The Blackhawks are unable to subdue him, so they return to Cahill’s home. A gem from the loot is found, revealing that Cahill is fully under control of his transformations and was pretending innocence to prevent the team from discovering that the accident has intentional. Blackhawk deactivates Cahill’s machine, preventing the professor from transforming again.
