Synopsis:
A gang of looters breaks a dam in order to flood a nearby town. The Blackhawks arrive to help the flood victims, but their mascots Blackie and Bravo carry on a rivalry which causes trouble. When the Blackhawks are captured by the looters, however, the mascots team up to successfully rescue their friends and capture the looters.
