Synopsis:
The Blackhawks are lured to a remote swamp in search of escaped convicts by an anonymous tipster. The tip was provided by Professor Eric Millard, who intends to use the Blackhawks in his evolutionary experiments. Using a specially created gas, Millard transforms Hendrickson and Stanislaus into prehistoric creatures. Olaf is then turned into a neanderthal man.
Blackhawk is captured by Millard and given a stronger dose of the gas which transforms him into an advanced human with amazing mental powers. Blackhawk uses his powers to escape and prevent the other Blackhawks from fighting their transformed friends.
Millard then undergoes a change himself to a stage beyond Blackhawk's. He chases Blackhawk, but is exposed to the reversion gas, causing him to return to normal. Blackhawk regains control of his teammates. They capture Millard in the lab. Everyone is restored to normal, and an explosion destroys all evidence of the experiment.
