Synopsis:
Three crooks trick Professor West into giving them the use of a computer with which they use to plan a robbery. After lending them the machine, West remembers a detail that he forgot to mention. He is unable to contact the men, so he reaches the Flash for help. Flash finds the men and discovers their real intentions. When he attempts to capture them he is temporarily dazed and unable to control his speed. However, he makes a quick recovery and captures the crooks.
