Synopsis:
When the Blackhawks are assigned to guard a scientist named Kell, they witness him being pulled straight into a solid wall. They cannot discover where he went. Other scientists have recently disappeared in other unusual circumstances. One was wearing a homing device which leads the Blackhawks to an isolated mountain range.
Chop Chop's plane is shot down while surveying the area. On the ground he locates the missing scientists inside the fortress of El Presidente Grande. The villain's assistant, Marvo, has discovered the secrets of magic. Chop Chop tries to utilize the magic, just as the others arrive. The magic turns Chop Chop evil, but Blackhawk is able to break the spell. The others apprehend El Presidente Grande and rescue the missing scientists.
