Synopsis:
The Black Condor as Senator Thomas Wright investigates a suspicious industrial factory. He is taken prisoner by Jaspar Crow, but escapes using his black ray pistol. The Condor discovers several scientists held captive under hypnosis. The scientists are constucting submarines for a foreign power. Black Condor breaks them out of their trance, helps them escapes, and destroys the enemy subs. However, Jaspar Crow eludes capture.
