Synopsis:
A meteor-shaped spaceship brings an alien to Earth from Mercury. The alien generates intense cold and begins freezing the ocean. Wonder Girl intervenes to save Mer Boy and his people and then she defeats the monster, sending him back to Mercury.
Years later as Wonder Woman, Diana encounters the monster again. He has returned, this time with fire-powers. He captures Steve Trevor and forces Wonder Woman to back off or risk losing Steve. Wonder Woman manages to stop the creature, believing she has doomed Steve in the process. Fortunately, he is able to survive with the aid of his plane’s oxygen mask.
