Synopsis:
Rog, a giant robot designed as a moon vehicle by the Chief, is stolen by a criminal as an initiation ritual into the Brotherhood of Evil. The Brotherhood is a fantastic crime syndicate, whose members include Madame Rouge, a mistress of disguise, Monsieur Mallah, a genius gorilla, and their leader, the Brain, a disembodied human brain. In the ensuing battle between the Doom Patrol and the Brotherhood, Rog is wrecked, but the evildoers escape.
