Synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen goes undercover as Rajah Rupee to capture Honest John, leader of an offshore gambling racket. Jimmy’s plan is to lose all his money, then lure John back to land for payment where the authorities can arrest him. However, Honest John lets Jimmy win, then turns his ship over to Jimmy before a rival gang raids it. Superman rescues Jimmy and captures both gangs, turning them over to the authorities.
