Synopsis:
Doctor-7 escapes from prison and once again summons the Morloo. This time he is able to obtain radium which allows the creature to stay on Earth permanently. Mark Merlin attempts to use his formula to banish the Morloo, but it fails to work on the creature's new form.

Doctor-7 and the Morloo begin causing trouble around the city. Mark is helpless to stop them and falls victim to one of their spells. Elsa restores Mark to normal, then he devises a plan to stop the creature. Mark summons his own Morloo creature. He then sends the creature to battle Doctor-7's Morloo. Mark's creature begins to fade out of existence when its power expires. Mark orders it to hold on to the other Morloo, so that both creatures are banished. Mark then apprehends Doctor-7.
