Synopsis:
Kayo Kane and his gang only commit their crimes while Superman is away on space missions to avoid capture. Jimmy Olsen interrupts one of their crimes, but Kane merely laughs when Jimmy tries to stop him. Humiliated by the experience, Jimmy disguises himself as Mxyzptlk and pretends to join Kane. Jimmy is able to fake the imp's powers with a series of pre-arranged tricks. Believing that Mxyzptlk will help him against Superman, Kane boldly commits a robbery while Superman is still in Metropolis. When the Man of Steel arrives to apprehend Kane, Jimmy reveals himself. Kane is sent to prison, and Jimmy gets the last laugh.
