Synopsis:
Clark Kent and Lois Lane visit Borkia, to cover the story of a new super-hero, Cosmic Man. Clark quickly learns that Cosmic Man is a robot, and his stunts are staged. He allows the hoax to continue so that he can expose its master.

The controller of Cosmic Man is a rebel General Malvio. The General plans to win public fame for his robot, so that it can assassinate President Raulis. Lois is caught by Malvio, but Superman rescues her and stops the assassination attempt.
