Synopsis:
Scribbly joins Roscoe Rooney and Mr. Barlowe on a trip to Hollywood. When they arrive for Roscoe's screen test, the director isn't interested. His child star has developed a case of the mumps. After Scribbly discovers that his kid brother has stowed away in his suitcase, the director decides to cast the boy in the new picture.
