Synopsis:
Rod Gaynor hosts a dinner for wealthy guests to introduce Haskell Moore, the inventor of an atomic power generator. Fearing that his electrical power company will be ruined by the new device, Randall Wilson kidnaps Moore from the party. The Whip tracks down Wilson and rescues Moore. The invention is then able to be used for the good of mankind.
