Synopsis:
Mesquite Mike, an old-timer, contacts the Shining Knight to help his town deal with some outlaws and a crooked sheriff. When the Knight arrives, he secretly assists Mike in capturing the bandits. The sheriff releases the crooks and attacks Mike, but once again the Shining Knight intervenes covertly. The sheriff's treachery is exposed, and the town elects Mike as the new sheriff.
