This story continues in the fifth story of Action Comics #7.

Synopsis:
While flying over neutral skies in Europe, Tex Thomson's plane is forced from the air. He is captured and brought to the leader of a freelance military unit. The leader is Captain Diablo who demands that Tex join his army or be killed.

When Diablo meets Tex however he is shocked to discover that they are twins and look exactly alike. Even Diablo's servants are fooled. Tex overpowers Diablo and escapes. However, Diablo reports Tex to authorities. When Tex lands, he is arrested by the police who believe that he is Diablo.
