Synopsis:
Carlo, a stage show performer, is involved in an accident. He undergoes an operation which gives him the ability to read minds. He then begins using this power for criminal gain. Batman tries to stop him, but Carlo reads Batman’s mind and learns that Bruce Wayne is Batman. Batman continues to battle the crook anyway. Eventually Carlo is shot before he can tell anyone Batman’s secret.
