Comments:
Fred Danvers is mistakenly named Robert in this story. Also his occupation is said to be an engineer, when previously he was a police officer.

Synopsis:
Fred Danvers begins having telepathic flashes which allow him to read other people’s thoughts. Later, he receives telepathic commands from the Phantom Zone criminals. The villains led by Jax-Ur force Danvers to collect Supergirl’s tears and concoct a formula to release them from the Zone. When it has been completed, Mon-El escapes first and uses Kryptonite against Jax-Ur, forcing him back to the Phantom Zone. Mon-El also returns before the rift is sealed. Danvers is injured in the skirmish and loses his telepathic abilities permanently.
