Synopsis:
Gimmicks Cronin, a known crook, is able to place a special collar around Superman's neck. He tells the Man of Steel that if the collar is removed or tampered with, bombs will explode around the city. The collar contains a tracking device which allows Cronin to alert the underworld to the Man of Steel's location at all times. Superman is able to outwit the crooks by creating a large number of identical signals around town. With the crooks confused by the multiple signals, Superman is able to find and disarm the bombs, capture the crooks, and safely remove the collar.
