Synopsis:
Deadman follows the trail of the Hook to Mexico. He is surpised to find his twin brother Cleveland Brand living in Mexico. He begins to suspect that Cleveland was involved in his murder, but instead discovers that Cleve is really part of an immigrant smuggling operation. When Cleveland is ordered to kill the workers to prevent them from being discovered by police, he refuses. Deadman then helps his brother stop the other smugglers.
