Synopsis:
Joan Williams gets a job as a secretary for the defense department. She is given an assignment to investigate some racketeering cases, which put her in danger. Flash rescues her and promises to help her stop the racketeers. When Duke, one of the racket bosses, learn that Flash is interfering with his operations, he kidnaps Joan. Using her as bait, Duke sets a trap for the Flash. The speedster is prepared for the trap and instead of being caught he humiliates Duke, rescues Joan, and puts an end to the racketeering ring.
