Synopsis:
Doctor Thirteen is summoned by the president of a small island country while he is visiting. The president requests Thirteen's help in combating the legend of a witch doctor which has now claimed the life of one of his aides. Dr. Thirteen relates the story of another debunked witch doctor then leaves to find evidence that this one is also a fake.
Along the road, Thirteen spots the teenage acquaintances who are often involved with the Phantom Stranger. When he questions them, the Stranger appears. Together they reach the castle where the witch doctor resides. The Phantom Stranger finds Tala and the Obeah Man. He uses the Seal of Solomon to trap the evil spirit and tosses it into the ocean. Tala vanishes. As Doctor Thirteen begins raving about the Phantom Stranger being a fraud, the Stranger disappears as well.
