Synopsis:
A bank is robbed by a gang of tiny men who disappear. Rex Tyler petitions his science club to help police with their investigation. However, Dr. Orr, the club spokesman, believes the tiny men are only a hoax.

A disgruntled former club member Dr. Iker is responsible for the creation of the little men. He tries to take revenge on Orr by ordering his capture. Hourman tries to stop them, but he is knocked out and left for police.

Hourman escapes the police and locates Iker's hideout. He rescues Dr. Orr, and a battle ensues with Iker's creations. Hourman prevails when the machine which brought them into being is destroyed in the fight. The loss of his creations then causes Dr. Iker to go mad.
