Synopsis:
Supergirl's attempts to track down Starfire have been unsuccessful largely because her powers only work intermittently. When the villain surfaces in Paris, Supergirl travels to Europe to find her. Starfire stages an attack at a fashion show. She steals the designs of Paul de Paris. When Supergirl arrives on the scene, she encounters Rodney, the twin brother of Derek. Starfire has convinced Rodney that Supergirl killed his brother. While Rodney tangles with Supergirl, Starfire escapes.

Supergirl is able to subdue Rodney and convince him that she did not kill Derek. Rodney then leads the Girl of Steel to Starfire. Supergirl pretends to be Rodney's captive which gets the villain to confess her betrayal of Derek to Rodney. Supergirl then helps Rodney and confronts Starfire who falls from an upper story in a moat. Supergirl leaves believing that her foe is dead.
