Synopsis:
Flying over the skies of Tibet, Zatara's plane is forced from the air by a strange power. After landing Zatara traces the source of the power to a Tibetan monastery run by Jerbel, the mad lama. Jerbel mistakes Zatara for Major Lee, one of his lieutenants in his plan to dominate the world.

Zatara infiltrates Jerbel's camp and learns more of the lama's plans. At one meeting he recognizes the Tigress working as one of Jerbel's lieutenants. Zatara disguises himself to prevent her from blowing his cover.

Despite Zatara's efforts at deception, Jerbel realizes that Zatara is a traitor to his cause. He locks the magician in the dungeons, but Zatara escapes. Then working alongside the Tigress, Zatara stops Jerbel's other lietenants, before engaging the mad lama in a battle of wills. Zatara prevails which puts an end to Jerbel's plans of world domination.
