Synopsis:
Wheels Mitchum has led a life of crime. During the war he ran a stolen car racket until he crossed paths with Batman. Mitchum escaped and had plastic surgery to disguise his face. After the war, Mitchum returns to the stolen car racket using a converted military landing craft to hide cars. Batman finds him once again and shuts down the operation.

Mitchum visits a crooked lawyer and tricks him into writing a confession. Mitchum then shoots the lawyer and pins the car racket on him. However, Batman obtains evidence to convict Wheels for the lawyers death and the racket. Mitchum sells his story to a newspaper before being sent to the electric chair.
