Synopsis:
After being caught yet again by the Batman, the Penguin comes up with a new plan for crime. He smuggles out information from prison using a coded book about birds. The first part of the book tells his gang how to break him out of jail. The plan succeeds, and the Penguin is loose again.
The prison warden gives Batman the information from Penguin's book. Batman uses the information to find the locations where Penguin plans to strike. After unsuccessfully attempting to capture the Penguin twice, Batman finally takes the Penguin into custody at a play of Alice in Wonderland.
