Synopsis:
When a tornado threatens to destroy a trailer park, the Flash uses his super-speed to set up an opposing force to counteracts the high speed winds. When the two forces meet Flash is lifted off the ground, but his strategy succeeds, and the tornado is neutralized. Flash then crashes back to Earth and breaks his leg. A doctor tells him that he will never run again.

Barry Allen returns home depressed over his invalid condition. Iris tries to lift his spirits by turning on the police scanner. The Muscle Men Mob has returned to Central City after hearing about Flash's accident. Barry and Iris then modify one of his costumes to act as an automaton which Barry can control using voice commands. Barry then uses the Flash costume to apprehend the crooks.

When Flash returns to the doctor's office, he receives miraculous news. The vibrations he caused which allowed him to remain invisible while watching the crooks have healed his leg. The doctor tells him that he should make a full recovery.
