Synopsis:
Former lawyer, Martin Flint becomes the Boomerang, a criminal mastermind who takes revenge on judges and lawmen. After several successful jobs, the Boomerang is hired to go after a prison warden. However, Green Arrow is on the case and is able to rescue Warden Lawson.
Green Arrow continues his pursuit of the Boomerang. After saving other potential victim, he is captured by the criminal's gang. Speedy aids in rescuing his partner. Working together, they apprehend the gang. The Boomerang tries to strike back using a giant boomerang, but Green Arrow redirects it with an arrow. The boomerang strikes its owner driving him into the harbor waters. His body isn't found, but the Boomerang is presumed dead.
