Synopsis:
Superman finds a planet devoid of animal life, but filled with seemingly endless prairies. They remind with of the Kent farm back home. He decides to stay and farm the land. After successfully constructing a home built of clay and plowing the land, Superman gets a good night's sleep. His night is interrupted by a torrential monsoon which wipes the land clean. The Man of Steel soon realizes that the planet's ecosystem is cyclical, and any efforts to settle there would be futile.
As he leaves the planet, Superman is caught in a meteor shower. He punches some rocks to clear his head. Unbeknownst to him however, his breathing apparatus is damaged by a stray fragment from one of the meteors.
