Synopsis:
Hourman witnesses a kidnapping of a submarine captain. The officer is brought to Dr. Glisten, a man with a glowing aura which hypnotizes men. Hourman follows clues to locate the missing captain and finally tracks him down. The crooks planned to use a private submarine to plunder ships and needed Preston. Hourman breaks up the gang and frees the captive soldier.
