Synopsis:
While vacationing in France, Tex Thomson is approached by a spy ring. He reports the spies to an agent of the French government. He convinces Tex to work with the spies in order to find out who they are. After delivering one set of secret plans, Tex becomes suspicious. When he is asked to deliver another, he alters them before turning them over to the spy ring. He then discovers that the government agent is part of the spy ring and is using Tex to help him. With the help of Bob Daley and Gargantua T. Potts, Tex is able to shut down the spy ring and expose the traitorous agent.
