Synopsis:
The Shining Knight takes Victory to a farm for some relaxation. He befriends Ben Harper, a neighboring farmer who is having trouble with his girl Betty. Betty's father won't let her marry Ben because he is poor. The Shining Knight offers to help make Ben's farm more productive and profitable. With the help of Victory, the Shining Knight helps to clear Ben's fields and plant the crops.

Meanwhile, Betty is abducted by Ben's rival Charlie Grimes. The Shining Knight helps Ben stop Grimes and rescue Betty. With Ben's farm doing well, he and Betty are happy.
