Synopsis:
While at dinner with Dr. Hardy and Dr. Jamieson, Charles McNider is drugged by his host and nearly shot. He slips away to become Dr. Mid-Nite, while Hardy apparently kills Jamieson. Hardy and his henchmen escape from Dr. Mid-Nite and search for McNider, capturing Myra Mason in the process. Dr. Mid-Nite himself is briefly captured, but he frees himself and Myra, then catches the crooks. Hardy turns out to be Jamieson in disguise, having planned to pin the crimes on his now dead partner.
